1. Pop-up events, orders, and RSVPs

• Weekly Cookies events are pop-up events with limited quantities and limited pickup windows.
• Preorders reserve selected boxes for pickup, subject to availability, event changes, and operational limits.
• Marketing RSVP events may offer a free Cookie Thin or similar bonus while supplies last. Unless stated otherwise, RSVP bonuses are limited to one per signup/person and must be claimed in person during the event.
• Event dates, times, locations, menu items, and quantities may change because of weather, staffing, supply, venue, or operational issues.

2. Payment and pickup

Unless a page says otherwise, Weekly Cookies orders are pay-at-pickup. Payment may be accepted by cash, card, or other available methods at the event. If you do not arrive during the pickup window, we may release reserved items for walk-up customers and cannot guarantee availability after the pickup window.

3. SMS/text messaging terms

By providing your mobile phone number and actively checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from Weekly Cookies at the mobile number provided. Messages may include order confirmations, RSVP confirmations, pickup reminders, event updates, upcoming pop-ups, free-cookie or promotional offers, and store promotions. Message frequency is a few times per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to cancel marketing texts. Reply HELP for help. You can also contact info@maguiregroupusa.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.

4. Email and marketing communications

If you provide your email address, we may send order confirmations, RSVP confirmations, event updates, reminders, customer-service replies, and marketing messages about Weekly Cookies. You may opt out of marketing emails by using an unsubscribe link where available or contacting us.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive purposes.
• Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized contact information.
• Attempt to interfere with the site, ordering system, messaging systems, or other customers’ use.
• Copy, scrape, or misuse site content, images, data, or branding except as permitted by law.

6. Product information and allergens

Weekly Cookies products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including wheat, eggs, milk, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other ingredients. Menu descriptions are provided for convenience and may change. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, ask our team before purchasing or consuming any product.

7. No warranties

The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available, or that all event inventory will remain available.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weekly Cookies and Maguire Group USA LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, orders, RSVPs, messages, or event participation. Our total liability for any claim related to an order or RSVP will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order at issue, if any.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
